National Police Cadet Corps

NPCC
During my 4 years in secondary school, NPCC had been a meaningful journey. I was appointed training chairperson of NPCC and the secondary 1 squad commander. I have learned how to properly maintain myself and as a CCA leader, how I should act as a role model. I have learned how to manage a big group of people and how to manage my stress. I had to plan activities to carry out with the juniors on CCA days. I also planned for the annual NPCC camp, a 4 days 3 night camp.
In NPCC, I participated a lot of activities to learn and improve my leadership skills. For example, I was selected to enter the Cadet Leader Drill Course to learn about discipline and leadership skills. The most important thing I have learnt in NPCC is the importance of communication. I learned to write minutes during the briefing and debrief session to submit it to the CCA teacher.
