ROADSHOW
We came up with two activities; ‘Wheel of Change’ and ‘Where should I go?’, with underlying behavioural modification principles to educate the target population.
WHEEL OF CHANGE
Wheel of Change’ is a wheel consisting of 5 sections, each section represents a stage of change relating to self-help methods to deal with teen problem gambling. Participants will be tasked to spin the wheel and suggest possible methods to help a friend or family member with Problem Gambling at the stage they land on.
WHERE SHOULD I GO
As for ‘Where should I go?’, it is similar to the Monopoly board game. However, it is a life-size version and consist of only 12 square tiles. Each square tile will have a question related to how or where to seek help for Problem Gambling or how to deal with gambling cravings. Participants will receive 6 tokens at the start before rolling the dice to determine which square tile they will land on. A wrong answer leads to deduction of 1 token.
